1. Beta Notice

Atlas Barber is in a closed-beta phase. Features may change without notice, data may be reset between releases, and uptime is not guaranteed. By using the service you accept this experimental status.

2. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to operate as a barber, shop owner, or shop staff member to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to (a) reverse-engineer or scrape the service, (b) upload content that infringes someone’s rights or breaks applicable law, (c) use the messaging or feed features to harass other members, or (d) interfere with the security or integrity of the platform.

4. Payments & Stripe Connect

Payments are processed through Stripe and Stripe Connect. Your relationship with Stripe is governed by Stripe’s own Connected Account Agreement. Atlas Barber does not hold funds on your behalf — payouts go directly from Stripe to your connected account.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, posts, messages). You grant Atlas Barber a non-exclusive license to host, display, and back up that content as necessary to operate the service.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time during the beta by emailing support — see the Privacy Policy for the contact line. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas Barber and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service during this beta period.

8. Changes

We may revise these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be surfaced in-app or by email before they take effect for active testers.
