Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
Account info you provide (name, email, phone). Business data you create (appointments, clients, services, payment records). Content you upload (posts, photos, messages). Basic device + session info for security and analytics.
2. How we use it
To run the app: render your dashboard, send SMS notifications you’ve enabled, process payments via Stripe, and back up your data. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
3. Sub-processors
Supabase (database + auth + storage), Stripe (payments + Connect onboarding), Twilio (SMS), Vercel (hosting), Sentry (error monitoring), Resend (transactional email). Each is bound by its own privacy commitments.
4. Data retention
Business data is retained for the life of your account. If you delete your account, we remove your records within 30 days, except where retention is required for tax, payment dispute, or legal compliance.
5. Your rights
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone — this removes your sign-in and profile immediately. For data export, or questions about residual shop data after deletion, email support@atlasbarber.app.
6. Cookies & local storage
We use cookies for authentication and local storage for in-flight form state (e.g. unfinished onboarding). No third-party advertising cookies are set by the app.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to authorized engineers. Suspected breaches are disclosed to affected accounts as soon as the scope is confirmed.
8. Changes
Material changes are surfaced in-app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
